COMMERCIAL APPRAISAL

To obtain the commercial value of the property to be sold or to be purchased outside of a mortgage loan.

APPRAISAL FOR DETERMINATION OF INCOME

Obtaining the value of individual commercial premises in shopping malls, warehouses, etc. which will be rented.

POTENTIAL APPRAISAL UNDER DEVELOPMENT

Analysis according to the regulations and the environment of the place where the land is located then a study is made in which it provides us the maximum value by means of the development of a fictitious project.

BUSINESS APPRAISALS

In this appraisal the objective is to know the total value of the property including machinery and equipment. This type of appraisal is recommended for hotels, factories, commercial developments, etc.
