How We Work

Frasarq’s team is formed collaboratively by a group of architects, engineers and on-site staff such as sub-contractors and technicians on the field of construction performing their job among the different phases of the construction of the project.

The dynamics of the job full-fills the creative process that define us as a more sophisticated firm making use of the BIM technology (Building Information Modeling) that allows a cooperative process among designers and builders.

We use BIM technology in our design process and architectural proposals how our guiding principle, having advantage over competitors with traditional methodology.
