Our History
Our founder is proud to say that he was self-built in the U.S without forgetting his origins. Mr. Dorantes is originary from Toluca, State of Mexico born and raised in a high altitude city moved to the U.S by odds of destiny at the age of twenty two. He started his academic adventure like many other immigrants in the U.S, learning English as a Second Language. After meeting key professors in his classes he excelled in his skills in the English language learning Italian as well moving to earn an Associates Degree in Mathematics at his local Community College. After achieving that degree he transferred to the California State University Fullerton to study a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering. From there Mr. Dorantes moved on to learn and start to acquire the experience on the field of engineering.
Nevertheless after the bad recession of 2009 Mr. Dorantes lost his job and was forced like many others to create something new in order to survive which led him into creating Franco Tutoring where Mr. Dorantes also was successful having his own business in science and language tutoring for 3 years which also alternated with his own business teaching Spanish Lessons privately for about 4 yrs.
EXPERIENCE HISTORY
FRASARQ was found by our CEO and leader Ing. Ronny W. Dorantes Franco in 2014.
After working in the design industry as a civil/structural engineer started his own project. In the design industry Mr. Dorantes worked in the design of steel buildings 5 stories and less, wood residential multi-story projects, masonry and re-inforced concrete structures for both residential and commercial projects, civil structural work designing in steel and re-inforced concrete, designing of re-inforced and pre-cast concrete for parking structures mainly. Finally Mr. Dorantes worked in the industry as Rigging Engineer working in many areas of the U.S mainly in chemical plans and oil refineries in charge of designing and testing steel structures needed for the rigging logistics to managing projects and elaborating plans for mobilization of equipment. Complementing this engineering trajectory is also highlighted the experience acquired in project management working in oil refineries for shot down maintenance.

What We DO
We design projects for Open Space Concepts, remodeling, ADU’s, room additions and new construction.
We focus on residential, commercial and industrial projects in California and many other states in the U.S and Mexico. We design in many materials such as wood, masonry, re-inforced concrete, steel, and light gauge steel construction. We use BIM Technology as one of our main tools to develop and design prototypes finely detailed as well as renders for Architectural, Structural and Construction Projects.
